What is CrossFit
Constantly varied, functional movements executed at an intensity personal to you. The beauty of CrossFit is that absolutely anyone can do it. All our workouts are completely scalable so whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned pro we have something for you. The movements involved mimic what you might have to do in your day-to-day life – pushing, pulling, running, jumping, throwing – and are all taught in a progressive way under the eagle eyes of our high level coaches.
How a CrossFit gym works:
We run a daily workout which is repeated throughout the day at different times. Each workout is coach led so you get the best guidance and education on how to make the most out of your workout whilst training in a safe and effective manner. As well as our daily WOD (workout of the day) we have other specialist classes such as Weightlifting (all things barbell), Sweat sessions (more cardio based) and gymnastics. We want you in our gym as much as possible so all our memberships are all inclusive and you can do as many classes a week as you like with no restrictions.
